Rieko Chiba is an Organizational Development Consultant. Her strengths are organizational development training, consulting for foreign management and managerial levels. She is particularly specialized in performance management training to train managers as evaluators and interview training. Also, she offers a workshop with “Lumina Spark”. “Lumina Spark” is developed in the UK and it’s the next generation of professional development tools supporting individuals, teams and organizations to work more effectively and improve the bottom line. It promotes better self-understanding and helps people identify how to improve their working relationships with others.

Rieko has over 20 years of experience in the human resources fields at foreign banks, insurance companies and IT company. With her wealth of experiences, she is capable of advising how people can work more effectively and collaboratively in a diverse situation. After studying in England for 2 years, Rieko started her career as secretary at a foreign investment bank in Tokyo. Then she changed her career to HR, she worked in corporate HR for 20 years and supported 15,000 employees.
