Case 1. A client was unable to communicate easily in Japanese so we prepared the necessary documents related to the procedure in English and in Japanese. We explained the procedure in English as well, and also cleared-up any points that the client was unsure of. As a result the client was able to successfully complete the whole procedure.

Case 2. We received a request from a company executive of an English speaking country to rewrite the Japanese articles of incorporation of the company as it was found that the Japanese language used in the articles did not accurately reflect the actual situation of the company.

Hideyuki Ota

Mr. Ota first worked for a think-tank in a subsidiary of a major securities company as a systems engineer for almost 8 years. In 2002 he passed the judicial scrivener examination. In 2005 he became a registered judicial scrivener and opened his own office. In 2011, the Clover Legal Office was established in Chigasaki, Kanagawa. Mr. Ota consults on real estate registration, establishment, registration and incorporation of a business, and a variety of other legal matters relating to wills and inheritance etc.
