My company, Sosei Co., Ltd., has been making stylish and anthropometrically exact chairs nationwide and now has its eyes set to expand sales overseas. The charming Bokuno dining chairs are handcrafted, using only high quality solid beech wood from Europe. They are also built with their seat height and seat depth custom made according to the customer’s physical measurements, which provides maximum comfort when sat in.
Wanting to learn more about the charm of solid wood furniture I made the move from a woodworking machine trading company to challenging myself with the task of designing and producing what are known to be the most exacting items of furniture. With entrepreneurial ambition, it seemed time to set up business in Hamamatsu City, located in western Shizuoka Prefecture, which is known for its renowned craftsmanship industry.
Our solid wood BOKUNO dining chairs can be purchased online and take about a month to be delivered. Either upholstered or board sheet seats can be ordered. The 12 colour variations for the back and 4 for the seat make each and every chair unique, and in combination with its clean and sophisticated visual design, they will surely add to your family’s dining experience.
