Founded in 1969, SOHATSU Corporation began as an architectural design office. Since then, our company has designed and administered the construction of public facilities, hospitals, hotels, apartment buildings, distribution warehouses, and residential dwellings. From 1996, we expanded our business into consulting, which includes architectural diagnosis, real estate funding consulting, and other related areas.

Our property management work began when we started working with real estate funds in the United States. Since we have always been managing real estate for landowners, we noticed that we were also functioning as an asset management company that managed and operated investment real estate on behalf of investors, so we strengthened that department.

We have a wide range of real estate information about New York (USA), Taiwan, South Korea, China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. In recent years we have been focusing on Myanmar. We respond to the needs of both individuals and corporations, and in regards to rentals and sales, we deal with a wide variety of property, in both type and size.

By tying-up with suppliers that have locally based offices, we are able to make a wide range of proposals and provide a variety of options and information other than just real estate. If you are considering purchasing real estate in Japan, we can support you whether you are a resident in Japan or not. Furthermore, we are able to help you purchase real estate properties in other Asian countries and in the United States too. When you want to make a property purchase in a country other than your own, we provide full support in accordance with the laws of all the countries involved in such property transactions.
