I am an experienced and nationally qualified management and training consultant who specializes in employee education and management for small to medium sized enterprises (SMES) and venture companies. I worked as a sales representative and project managed at IT company affiliates before I started my own business. My strengths and objectives as a consultant are to support human resources development for small and medium-sized enterprises who have sales staff, managerial positions and higher-level managers.
While it may be said that the number of managers who cannot communicate effectively with their subordinates is increasing, I feel the real role of managers is to motivate and raise the productivity of those they supervise. My role as a management consultant can be quite varied as this following example illustrates. I was responsible for a wide range of activities on the opening of several centers in Ehime Prefecture. I conducted training and gave guidance to sales staff as well as employee education; I organized multiple teams into managerial staff and conducted employment interviews for new staff.
In addition to nurturing and improving sales people who are the keys to productivity in a company, I have also implemented “manager education”. Based on my ability that has been cultivated through more than 1,000 business consultations, I am able to quickly assess and understand the current situation in an organization and provide a “Managerial Training Method” which systematically organizes subordinate development programs into an effective plan.
